New Installation/Replacement

Packages start with a
1.5 - 100 ton unit, and

    Can include:

Service/Maintenance Contracts

   Basic Options are:                                        

                    4 inspections per year
                                   or
                    2 inspections per year 
                  
                   Both options are available with/without filter change

Heating Inspection includes the following:

 

·         Verify proper operation of HVAC heating equipment

·         Thorough inspection of heat exchanger

·         Belt(s) replacement as needed

·         Blower inspection, non-removal cleaning included

·         Grease/oil motors and bearings as needed

·         Inspect electrical connections and components and tighten as needed

·         Verify all fans and motors operating per manufacturer's specifications

·         Check heating safety controls are in place per manufacturer's specifications

·         Clean burners, pilots and inspect main flame for proper operation

·         Record supply/return temperatures

Cooling Inspection includes the following:  

·         Verify proper operation of air conditioning HVAC equipment

·         Check all A/C stages for proper operation and refrigerant levels

·         Check compressor oil level, if available

·         Inspect electrical connections and components and tighten as needed

·         Verify all fans and motors operating per manufacturer's specifications

·         Grease/oil motors and bearings as needed

·         Check economizer for proper operation

·         Check A/C equipment safety controls are in place per manufacturer's specifications

·         Clean condensate drains and pans

·         Belt(s) replacement as needed

·         Record supply/return temperatures

·         Surface clean evaporator coil as needed (chemical cleaning not included)

·         Surface clean condenser coil if needed during inspection (chemical cleaning not included)  

Ductwork

MSI can design, fabricate, and install new ductwork or add on to existing ductwork.  Layout ensures proper CFM ratings, and tenant comfort.  Special dampering options are available.


Mapping

MSI will map your buildings mechanical equipment.  Our technicians will create a color coded map with a legend.  To accompany the map is an excel spreadsheet which includes detailed information on all mapped equipment.
